Claim your NGO profile

Enter your NPO ID to find your organisation. We verify against our directory, then email a secure link to the address we already have on file — so only authorised contacts can finish setup.

How it works

  1. Search by NPO ID — the same ID donors use to find you on Drumini.
  2. We show a masked version of the email we hold for that NGO so you know it's the right record.
  3. Click Send password setup link. The message goes only to that stored email (never to an address you type manually).
  4. Open the link, choose a password, then sign in. Your account is linked as the owner of the NGO profile.
  5. After claim, you can complete your profile and enable donations according to platform rules — so supporters can give safely and transparently.

Security. If someone already claimed this NGO, you'll see a clear message. Multiple claim attempts are resolved so only one successful ownership link is active per profile.
